The front lines of the community in which we learn, work, or volunteer are the entry point for anyone who is going to invest further in your company. Through our programs participants can joyfully find inner peace both personally and within their many environments.

The key to contentedness in life seems to be finding the balance in our moments.  But how can we do that when our normal lives often feel so out of balance? The secret we’ve found is simple: Sit, Express, Share, and Grow!

Through our proven and tested programs, you will learn how to build community and inner peace at the same time.  We can contour our programs to fit your needs whether your space for learning is in your office or in a private home.  We work with learners of all ages 6 and up.

Small Group Classes

Private classes for 2-6 people can be held on the basics of mindfulness and team building.  Through guided meditations, aromatherapy, light yoga, vocalizations, writing exercises, text study, and team building exercises we can learn how to notice, sit with challenging situations and release the feelings that come with them. Workshops and Larger Classes
