Small Group Classes

Workshops and Larger Classes

Larger workshops for groups larger than 6 people are arranged for team building or the enjoyment of discovering our inner lives inside of a group.  Through guided meditations, aromatherapy, light yoga, vocalizations, writing exercises, and text study we can learn how to sit with ourselves and the groups in which we are placed and release difficult feelings when they arise.  Click here to learn more about our Classes and Workshops.
