Barbara Heller has been a student of meditation for 20 years. In her Mindful Spirit workshops Barbara incorporates simple yoga poses, breathing exercises, guided meditations, creative writing, and aromatherapy in order for her students to gain insight into any challenging feelings or thoughts which may come up and tools for how to notice and release.

She has studied philosophy and creative arts in different cities all over the globe. She’s been writing curriculum and teaching mindful awareness and creative arts subjects for the purposes of healing for 15 years both in private one on one sessions and in large workshops and on-going classes.


She has lent her voice as Director, and Teacher of the following subjects: Jewish Studies, Mindful Awareness, Singing, Creative Writing, Theatre, Acting, Dance, Hebrew Language, and Prayer. These are some of the many schools and organizations she has worked with:
